TXAA suggested by is also a nice solution, although it only works on the edges of the objects, thus things like road stripes will likely remain aliased as both road and stripes are the same object.

It's weird caus I didn't have this issue with my previous 1080p monitor I bet you did have the issue, but most likely your current monitor is bigger than previous one, and despite the resolution is higher, it might have less pixels per inch, which makes aliasing more distracting.
