Better take that money and ask a friend to buy stuff for you with it and make you a surprise bag than paying Lootcrate to do it.
So, I would advise to only buy from them if you do not care about kickstarter-level delays, bad communication and possible disappointment on surprise items. And as I said, there was no compensation for it. It can still taste good, but that mean there was a birthday without a cake and a cake without a birthday.
